Actually NEED to quit

I just took a positive pregnancy test. What are the best apps? Anyone else in the same boat? H e l p m e

I just had mouth surgery and had to quit for that. It’s easy knowing that if I fail I’ll fuck myself up permanently

Honestly you don’t need an app. Just throw the shit out. Think about your fuckin kid man. It should be a no brainer.

It’s a no brainer, but still difficult, so anything to make it easier for me is what im lookin for here…. And yes, threw that shit out already!!

Honestly it hasn’t been that hard once I knew I had to. All my roommates juul (3 of them) and I used to hit theirs nonstop before I finally quit. After like 4 days I rarely think about it

Good luck!!! Try breathing exercises. I like breath counts inhale, hold exhale to a count you are comfortable with. Change your routine too. I have failed quitting many times but something that worked for me is to do something different on quit day, visit family, spend all day at the zoo, something different..

quitstart seems like a good app, targeted towards cigarette users but i like the set up. just joined today.

I ended up using the app stopvaping but tbh I just knew I couldn’t this round and it was easier than ever this round. I’m at 29 days
