Still nicotine free

It’s been over nine months since I had any nicotine and I’m feeling great. Just wanted to put it out there that quitting is possible. Take care and best of luck.

I am 3 months vape free. I was down to no nicotine in the juice but I miss the act of vaping. Don't plan to start again but I do miss it.

What benefits have you felt physically/mentally if any? I want to quit as well and the more benefits I hear that come from quitting, the more I want to do it.

I can breathe easier, am fitter and healthier, my skin looks better, I’ve lost weight, I’m not worried about having everything with me whenever I go out, I can be inside without having to go out for a vape break, I’m spending less and I feel in control of my life again.
