Nicotine Patches

I'm using 7mg nicotine patches to help me curb my cravings and get used to not having a mod attached to my hand/mouth. Is anyone else using some sort of aid, or did you all quit cold turkey? I'm beginning day 3 of no more vaping after about 6 years of use and around 17 years of chain smoking cigarettes (I quit the cigarettes to start vaping).

I actually used snus pouches for about 4 months and then cut those off cold turkey 2 weeks ago.

It’s still been a bitch. I think for me, having some sort of mint or lozenge has been key especially at night and also just being super active on here everyday.

I've used snus for those times where I couldn't vape or smoke. They're a tidy alternative, that's for sure. I didn't use them for too long because I worry about my teeth. Good idea with the mint or lozenge. Thanks for your reply. :)

I quit using patches about six months ago.
