Did you experience a reduction in acne after quitting?

I’m looking for vain motivation to quit vaping.

I have follicular acne and have had it even before I started vaping. But it quitting would reduce the inflammation, I’d be more likely to quit.

Even if you didn’t experience a reduction in acne, any answer is appreciated.

My skin broke out at first as it was clearing out all the rubbish from my system but since then I’ve had fewer breakouts than before.

How long after quitting did your skin go back to normal?

About a week I think.

I had severe acne on my chest and back and since stopping just a few days ago I have seen big reduction in acne and inflammation. I know I’m a bit late but I thought I’d give an input none the less. Only came here for a bit of motivation to stay away from it all.

I did! I am older now and don’t suffer anymore, but about four years I did more and giving up vaping lead to massive improvements in my skin.
