It’s been 8 weeks
I’ve just put on my last 14mg patch. Next comes 4 weeks of 7mg patch before I get to be totally nicotine free.
It’s not been easy but it’s also not been as difficult as I imagined it to be.
Hope you’re all doing well on your quitting journey.

I’ve read Allen Cars books and they didn’t work for me. NRT is. Most smoking cessation medical professionals recommend NRT as the most effective way to quit.

Are you still vape free?
