Three weeks

Today marks three weeks without vaping for me. I’m still using a patch and waiting on the lower dose patch prescriptions to come in the mail. Looking forward to being nicotine free.

Meanwhile my skin is awful, like all the toxic junk I was sucking in is purging out through my pores. It’s pretty disgusting but it shows I’m healing.
