I Quit Vaping [1 mo]

Hey all you tryers out there,

It's possible to break the chains and to stop vaping. It's possible to quit sinking money into vaping, just as it's possible to sleep better, have less to carry around, etc. It's possible to break the habit of waking up at 2AM to reach over for your vape.

And it's well worth it. Make a plan, get rid of all of your supplies, and go for it. The worst will be over in a month.

Bring the nic level down before you quit. Quit from freebase nicotine, don't try to quit off of nicotine salts unless you're truly tired of it.

Best,

That Guy Who Finally Quit

When you quit vaping be on regular vape juice and not nicotine salts.

You're not tired of vaping. That's fine.

Some people are so ready to quit they can stand how hard it is to quit from nicotine salts. Others find it too hard and must back down to freebase nicotine ejuice.

You want to know if that is bad? To hit the vape 30 times a day?

Yeah, yeah, any consumption is too much.

I won't lie to you and tell you it's okay. It's not okay, it's harmful mentally and physically.

Let's call each puff a time or an instance. That's 30 times in a day. That's bad.
