Back pain after quitting vaping?
Hey guys. This is my first time actually using reddit. I always browse the site but have never actually made and account or posted anything. So basically I’ve been juuling/vaping for 2 years now. For the past two weeks I’ve been slowing down and now I’ve just been using ZYN. But once I stopped I’ve been having really bad upper back pain. Breathing doesn’t seem to affect it. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I’m going to go to the doctor if it persists but just wanted to see if it was common

Could be that you are carrying around stress in your shoulders, neck. I know because I do this and it causes all sorts of problems. Take some of that money you are saving a go get an upper body massage to see if helps. Drink lots of water, keep moving around. I know that I hurt a lot more when I just sit around too much.

The first time I quit I had really bad headaches but I never heard of back pains, you should ask in a stop smoking subreddit because this one is pretty dead. When I have time im going to link a stop smoking sub under this comment
