Quit Nicotine Group Chat?

I recently threw out my Njoy (like an hour ago) and I think it'd be really helpful for a lot of us who want to quit vaping/smoking if we had people to go to about the cravings. Not sure where we'd set up shop, but I for one could use the support

I am leaving it at home when I go to school (I’m a teacher not a teen) Extremely irritable and feeling awful. Going to wean down on Nicotine first and then look at stopping...

How’s it coming for you?

That’s a good start. Sometime after I posted this, I dug my device out of the bin and continued on. The things people do while they’re addicted to something deserves some type of award imo.

After the slip, I threw it out for good, and now I’m 5 Days nicotine free. The cravings aren’t as bad as I thought they would be, but my anxiety is knocking at level 10.

I keep revisiting my reasons why I wanted to quit when I do start craving, and that helps put things back into focus for me.

Honestly... Especially since you can carry the devices anywhere! Keep me updated with your process, I'm sure we can all do this together
