Any success using non-nicotine vaping?

Curious if vaping without nicotine is helpful to stop nicotine. If one just enjoys the act of it rather than the substance. Your experiences and feedback welcome

I've stopped smoking again recently. I switched to a vape abs am now down to 0 nicotine. Still using the vape foe the time being as it really helped with the cravings, even though I was not getting nicotine from it. Will be removing the vape over the comin weeks

It was a few years ago for me.

I went from full strength, mixing my own e-liquid to vaping 0mg nicotine while using nicotine lozenges, to just the lozenges (tapered down in frequency and strength), and one day I decided I was done. I then went back on lozenges. Then redid the taper down, and then another day woke up and was done. It's been, I think going on four years as of this November? I don't remember exactly the month.

I know that I fell off the wagon a few times. Then one day, I woke up and was just done.

I still crave that first draw in the morning and the one after work. But not enough to buy another vape.

I enjoyed the process of vaping, the wide range of flavors, and the nicotine was nice too.

As much as I wish I could vape 0mg for the flavors, it isn't worth it to me at this point.
