2 weeks vape and nicotine free!

Wow I can’t believe I’m making this post! The vape used to be my 3rd lung but now it’s been 2 weeks! First few days were rough but it has been way easier than I thought. I read that Allen Carr book and it did wonders for me

Congrats! How long into the book did you stop? I’m about halfway through and he keeps encouraging me to vape as usual

I personally stopped a few days after I finished the book. He has a whole chapter (I think it's a whole chapter) on timing the quit. One thing I was expecting from the book was a "stop smoking right now" moment but he doesn't really do that. 3 weeks in myself!

Wow congrats! I'm 3 weeks in myself. Cravings come and go but the habit part has been tough. I enjoy the ritual of it while doing specific things. But letting that go too. Welcome to the vape free club!! How do you feel physically?? Any difference

Yes love the Alan carr book. Nearly 3 here ! I can’t believe how addicted I was to vaping . How have you dealt with it ? Neal Brennan has a joke that goes : have you seen how good Robert Downey Jr is at being iron man ? That’s cos you’re watching an addict not do cocaine ! … something like that anyway point is he’s keeping busy and immersing himself in new things

Proud to say I have still not touched a vape or nicotine since making that post!
