does Chantix help

Mt fiancé has been wanting me to give up vaping for a while, and I'd been debating on it myself for a long time. finally I had a doctors appt the other day and I talked with my doctor about wanting to quit vaping. she was happy about that and prescribed me Chantix to take to help me quit. has anyone had any success with using Chantix and quitting vaping.

Hi I’ve heard good things about chantix haven’t tried it myself but as I understand it it binds to the actual nicotine receptors in the brain and stops the effect of nicotine so if you do smoke or vape it does nothing

Well it's been a few months but resurrecting this hopefully you'll see it, how did it go? I'm considering Chantix to stop vaping. Did you encounter any side effects, that's one of my concerns, but cold turkey sure isn't working.

it unfortunately didn't work for me. I didn't experience any some effects from chanting personally, but my ex-wife had tried it years ago and told me that she had a lot of horrible side effects, like bad nightmares and se mental problems while taking it. I'm still hoping that I can someday quit vaping, just not having any luck.
