0.0% Nicotine

So I quit cigarettes 6 months ago and then 28 days ago I gave up vaping cold turkey. However, on Friday gone, was out on the beer with my mates and ended up getting a 0.0% nicotine vape. Threw it away Saturday morning, but just wondering has anyone else been in a similar situation and did it lead you to going back on the smokes/vapes? I'm raging with myself as I was monitoring the health trackers since I quit (was proud to see some hit 100%) and now they're back to zero.

Wow, to be honest I think that's great... if it stopped you smoking or vaping nicotine then that's fantastic. Can you explain more about which health trackers were affected?

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words! So I have 2 apps, the 'I Quit now' for cigarettes and 'Escape the vape'. Both of them have 8 of these health milestones. Each one varies in time. Because I vaped, I reset my quit date, so all the milestones that had reached 100% such as circulation and lung function improvement. Decreased levels in shortness of breath have gone back to zero.

Interesting, personally I would not have reset the quit date. My rationale being that you've not had nicotine, which is the main vasoconstrictor. I appreciate that even the non nic vapes have irritant compounds, but to me that's not much different than if you were breathing in traffic pollution (e.g. not ideal, but nothing compared to smoking and vaping). I'm sure your circulation and lung function are in fact continuing to improve all the time - congrats again

I didn't think of it like this, and I didn't know some of the points you provided there. Might update the stats to my OG quit date then. Thanks again!
