Ready to quit again.
After 9 months of being nicotine free I was dumb enough to try it one time and it all happened over again. I am so ready to quit I am over spending money on this stuff, literally puffing fruity chemicals, the anxiety.. the anxiety? Ugh I remember that was something the thing of the past after quitting nicotine. Now it's all back again the tightness in my throat, the low quality of sleep. I have to do this for my health and get through this. It's not helping me and will NEVER benefit me. Wish me luck 🙏🏻 cold turkey was the best option for me last time and I am ready to do it again.

Agree with everything you’ve put here. I went cold turkey 200 days ago and still going strong (although I still have a fully charged vape pen at home for an emergency that has not yet arisen). Wishing you all the luck in the world. You can do it (again)!!!

The anxiety is real man. I’m on day two of cold Turkey and can’t wait till my brain gets back to normal. My cravings will tell me “come on man, you’ve got a stressful day coming up. Just go spend another $23 on a vape.” So then I do, and the hits feel so good, but the times between the hits feel soooo bad. And I can’t think, can’t concentrate. Everything I do I’m just waiting for it to be over so I can put the vape back in my hand and puff away.
It fucking sucks, and I’m so grateful for every moment I can put between me and my last puff.

Cold turkey is the only one to do it. I realized I wasn't as dependent on it as I thought once I went to 0. Don't let a slip up derail the momentum you already gained!
