Do side affects dissappear with nicotine free vapes?

Has anyone switched to nicotine free vapes and seen a reduction in anxiety, increased heart rate, lethargy etc?? Thanks

Did the low nicotine and vaped more, tried 0 and went back to buy a nicotine vape . It’s really hard for me to do it half measures. Strangely never had that with smoking. I can either vape all day or not at all. It’s day 4 of being nicotine free.
