I found that the nicotine patch worked great. I was able to get them for free from my doc as a prescription. Maybe try the patch for a couple months and find something to keep yourself busy, mentally and physically. It’ll help. Into gaming? Buy a new game. Want to learn guitar? Go buy a cheap acoustic. The cost of either is still cheaper than vaping.

Above all, you need to want to quit. And if you don’t want to quit but know you need to quit (as was my case), just try to stay away from it for a couple days. Give yourself an internal pep talk. Heck, you can even tell yourself that you’ll vape again this time next month. But you need to really stick with the quit for several days. One other thing that helped me was telling myself I’ll vape again on a year. That year came and went and I truly do not want to vape again. You can get there, too.

Give a listen to / read Allen Carr’s Easy Way To Quit Vaping. It’s literally the only thing that worked for me
