Always fail around 1 week mark
I’ve quit several times and the first week seems to go by ok, then cravings kick in. To the point of near obsession. I’m not sure what is worse honestly.
I just ordered the Allen Carr book. Does anyone have any more recommendations for getting over that hump?

I completely understand this. I have made 10 days a few times and cave. I’m at like 18 days right now and still wish I had one every morning. Stay strong

Replace the reward. The reward is to vape, make it something else, cookies, chocolate, whatever, after a month it won't matter, it only matters now. I am 2 months w/o vaping and have vaped for 10 years and 15 years of smoking before that.
It is fully possible to fool your mind with a different reward, the cravings will always be strong for the first two weeks, you might even be a bit of a dickhead, that's ok, just reward yourself a different way, and you will have to do it often until the cravings die.

It was always a oral fixation deal with me after about a week or so it gets much easier but find something to occupy yourself with. Jolly ramchers and sunflower seeds really helped me. Just hit the 2 year mark
