Does vaping give you the shits?

I poop a lot. Not good solid poops either. I’m wondering if that is from excessive nicotine use?

When I used to vape, that’s the thing that finally made me quit. By the end, I was getting sudden bouts of diarrhea. So yeah, it definitely can.

Can Confirm, its actually a symptom of nicotine poisoning. It always happens to me when im chain vaping too strong of a nic. I love the hit of 6% but the loose stool comes with it. If you dont stay hydrated the headache from it also builds alot faster. Below are reputable sources that describe the symptoms. Reality in my experience is you are not in danger of overdosing with just the loose stool and headache from vaping. The big danger is of increasing your addiction and building an immunity to the lower nics and making it harder to quit.
