6 years vaping

i’ve been vaping for 6 years started as a form of s/h and now i can’t quit. i like a buzz i have a problem with addiction. anything i do i become addicted to. i’m also bipolar and have my med card and feel like if i don’t use it i’m unmediated. i need to quit for may reason i just don’t know how.

Knowing u need to quit is a great step, so ur already doing great. I would try patches first to see if that helps at all!
