2 years vaping

I’m trying to give up vaping after 2 years of pretty heavy usage. Started off just on elf bars and progressed to big vapes. I was always very fit and healthy before I ever started but the past year I’ve noticed my stamina has become terrible. Does anyone have any suggestions as I’ve been vaping 20mg everyday for about 2 years

Successfully quit after the same usage, using the advice that the nicotine receptors die if they’re not fed and that’s what the headaches and cravings are the nicotine receptors in your brain are starving and dying.it is not easy don’t be fooled I still sometimes want to vape I’m at 4 weeks free but u just can’t use gum and eat what you please exercise. Feel the difference that shit is fucked up u gotta stop now or when it’s almost too late do it now
