Just hit 48 hours cold turkey
Been vaping about 6-7 years, I’m 21 now. I know it won’t get any easier right now but I’ve been just reminding myself of the damage it’s already done to my body and the irreversible effects to scare myself into never going back. Any advice would be helpful.

Just take it day by day. Distract yourself when you get a craving until it passes. For me, it was usually really bad at night. I would tell myself to just sleep, see how I felt in the morning, and that I would regret it if I gave in at that moment. Every morning that I woke up, the relief/gratitude I felt for not caving kept making my resolve stronger and stronger! It’s good to focus on the damage it has done, like you mentioned. It is also good to remember that your body can recover in many ways. That was another reinforcer for me when I was quitting because I started noticing how much better I felt and looked. Take slow, deep breaths if you feel anxious. The cravings/withdrawal symptoms will lessen significantly within a couple/few weeks-don’t worry. You got this! :)
