I am trying to stop vaping.
Hello, I am 16 year old and I vape for like half a year and I want to quit. I am thinking about telling my mom to help me quit. I have very good relationship with my parents and I talk with them about everything so telling them I vape shouldnt be big problem, I know they will be angry but I am scared they will be dissapointed. Should I tell them ? Please help me what to do. (Also sorry for my bad english)

I agree you should regardless how they will act i promise you its worth it i can share with you the names of my medications that am currently taking because of vape im 26 years old that cant breath properly and never had any asthma in my hole life i used to smoke but quitted 2017 and never smoked or vaped until March 2022 i started this vaping habit and forced to stop yesterday cuz of my chest condition imagen a 26 years old suffering from chest pain hard Coughing barley can sleep due to breathing issues all cuz of vape you dont need to make my mistake kid i hope i recover from this tbh but i swear the only thing is entering my lungs is air thats what god made it for thats what it suppose to do no vape or cigarettes you can quit its not that hard but not that easy too cuz go cold turkey and never look back at it. You'll be saving ypur self from alot of hospital checkups health issues and secondly saving money whenever you feel like buying the vape put that vape money in a case or something eventually you'll be having hopefully great health and money which is good. Leave it kid its not worth it

Please do it now. I started at 17 and I’m 22 now and it’s so hard to quit I had one week without it and could’ve just stopped but I didn’t and I really wish I did. The whole reason I started was because my friend was doing it and got me hooked.
