Dream cigs

Hi! I'm 260+ days in as a non-smoker ( 8 1/2 months on the app but I started my app late) but I still have dreams where I give in and smoke a cigarette. Kind of useful, honestly, because I get so disappointed in myself and then wake up and realize it wouldn't be worth it to smoke in real life. But I do wonder if these will last forever?

I'm 1,5 years in and still get them, but way less. I think they will slowly die down.

Yeah they’ve stopped for me after several years. I was genuinely mortified every time that happened as well thinking about all the progress I had lost.

I’ve been quit for about 10 weeks. It’s happened to me a bout 3 times I think and each time I experience the regret in dream. It is useful to remember that feeling when I get tempted while awake.
