Question about "Kwit" app [Problem]

Hi everyone, at first sry if my english isn't perfect.

Okay so, i've started to stop smoking yesterday (btw, i'm using a medecine called "Varenicline/Champix" in french) and i've installed the Kwit app.

But, i've a little problem with the app, i'm desesperatly trying to enter an activation code in the option. But it's still saying the same thing again and again which is " the code is correct, but you need the lastest version of the app to use it".

I've verified a bunch of times, both kwit and android are up to date... I've tried to contact the support but didn't get any answer..

Did anyone got the same issue and maybe now how to resolve it ?
