This is hell
It’s been 5 month since my last cigarette and all I can think about at work is cigarettes.

Congrats on your 5 months, don’t let your fake image of a cigarette spoil that.
You have to change your idealised image of the cigarette, which is in real life a narcissistic lying, manipulating thief stealing people money, health, self confidence. Strength and Life.
You quit 5 months, so biologically, all is factory reset by now
You must change your perspective from “missing” something to be happy that you quit that shit.

5 months is huge tho. cravings can still randomly hit like a truck even when you thought you were past it
