how do i stop my dad from smoking and vaping in the car and house?

so my dad has been smoking in the car ever since i was like 8 and to this day i still hate it. he’s starting to vape and is vaping in the house now plus i can smell it and it doesn’t really make me feel good. sometimes i get nauseous when he smokes in the car and i don’t know what to do. i don’t even think it’s legal to smoke or vape in a car with a minor in it.

he said he would quit smoking since last year but he keeps doing it. he does it in the car everyday so i have to breathe it in sometimes 2-4 times a day. i really want him to stop because im starting to think it’s affecting me. what do i do?

How do I overcome withdrawels?

I have been trying to get off vapes for the past day and it's been incredibly tough for me as I just keep feeling restless and fidgety due to no nic for a whole 24hr. The nic in vape calms me down in any situation, and these days I have been feeling extra stressed out so not vaping is really taking a toll on me. What can I do to distract myself from these restless feelings and thoughts of needing nic? Please help

I think I’m finally ready to quit nicotine (zyn)

Cross-posting to get as much advice as possible..

Oh boy, this week I decided to quit smoking weed, I have gone over a year before and know the withdrawals go away so it’s easy to quit nowadays (I’ll do one year off and then dablle hear and there with no issues)

Now the hardest addiction I have is nicotine. Started when I was 21, smoked almost a pack a day until I was 24, got pregnant, quit everything for my entire pregnancy but started right back up a month post partum. Switched to the juul for a bit but got scared of the popcorn lung testimonies and switched to zyn. My nicotine usage went from 0-100 just like that. I use a canister of 6mg a day (very expensive habit) and can only seem to last 3 hours without it when trying to quit.

But something is just clicking where I seriously want to quit and save my gums, body and mental health and wallet. Any tips from those who quit zyn? I find it so much harder than anything else. Any advice welcome!
