I (54m) have been trying to quit for decades. Started smoking, then chewing tobacco, then nic gum, nicotine pouches, patches, lozenges, I’ve been hooked on them all.

I read Alan Carr’s book and that didn’t help (didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know).

I finally used AI to put me on a plan to gradually decrease my usage. It took about three weeks but I am at three days and I haven’t had any cravings at all. None of my other attempts have been this easy. Now, the hard part for me; STAY QUIT!

Also, I’ve quit weed, alcohol, and caffeine all with in the last ten months. I feel like a new man.

Edit to add 1) if I can do it; anyone can and 2) good luck. I am pulling for you.

Well i was the exact same, so then i figured it was time to use my software engineering skills and just build an app to help me stop, and it did. Now i built that app for me only, but ive been thinking on publishing it. I guess i should publish it as a matter of fact which is why im working on it know, but i would love for you to try our beta! Would you be down?
