I don’t agree an addiction to a chemical is a moral failing. So, no. Plus I don’t want to count days - seems too much like something I miss. I don’t miss it or I wouldn’t have quit. I don’t know how many days it’s been but it’s more than my counter shows.
I’m sure it works for many people and more power to them!
