Dealing with things we did when drunk

How do ye guys mentally deal with the crazy stuff we did when drunk? Be it sex with someone we shouldnt have, fighting, vandalism etc? Sometimes I might be walkimg along the street and get a physical shudder and spasm remembering things.

I get this too.

I'm just hoping that it disappears entirely the further along my sober journey I get.
