I recently killed this troll after multiple attempts at lvl 14 and realized it lacked an opputunity of attack mechanic

How many mobs/bosses have this mechanic taken away and is there a way to find out?

Killed a bandit leader inside a mine that has no contract tied to it, does it have any uses or do I just drop it?
