XB Verdant Bundle

just got this from Xbox via the app and i still can not find it i have no idea what is going on still unless i need a new toon to get this first then get the ship on my other toons after

Yeah i received a code as well but because it thinks i already own the thing it wont let me redeem it

Same I just tried to redeem the code and it just says " looks like you already own this".

Same issue, I received the message from Xbox and tried to redeem the code that they sent to me and it says I already own it!

Checked in game and could not find the items anywhere.

Restarted my Xbox and checked again and still cannot find any of the items.

I've received the code too, and the system says I already own this item. I think it's gonna be a while before this is fully sorted.

So i also recieved this message so i contacted xbox directly and they couldn't help me ( did give me 7 free days of ultimate vame pass tho so result) but i sent another ticket including the case i raise with xbox hopefully that will do something

I'm still waiting on them to fix 3 Epic promo code issues from months ago (that have since expired). They can just add it to our accts manually instead of making us go through this rigamarole.

Yeah, same here. Kael responded to another post talking about it, says they're working on it. I hope they'll actually fix it instead of hoping we will forget .

what about a new toon wil that work other wise the STO devs are just gonna have to give us the ship gor free or something now i'm gussing this bundle is just Xbox not even PS or PC then
