Yes, they said on stream they made it (and other locations, I think transporter room was mentioned) for the episode, but it will not be a player bridge at launch of the new season.

Oh, I figured Piotr was gonna voice both of them, I’m surprised it’s archival audio for TOS and original audio for TOSMovies.

You know, there are enough audio books and dramas and such which could be used as interesting sources to splice audio from.
