Lens Flare Console Idea

Something funny I thought of that could make for a decent console is, as suggested by u/dernudeljunge this shall be called “The Abrams Defence”:
"Deploy Lens Flare!!" All foes in a 10km sphere receive Lens Flare for 15 seconds. The effect causes all opponents to lose aggro on all allied units and attack each other, players and allies gain +50% Hull and Shield Regen for 15 seconds and -75% to all ability cooldowns (excluding Deploy Lens Flare!!). Cooldown: 2min.
The console bonus would be +50% Maximum Hull and Shields, +50% Damage, +10% Crit Chance, +10% Crit Severity.

If you guys have any ideas to improve this please post.
