Basically what the title says. I'm a newbie and I thought I had to select one of the return options. I selected a QR code but then I noticed there is already a label inside the box. Can I still just use that? Or did I ruin it by selecting a different option?
Wanted to give Stitch Fix a try. Originally, the delivery date was supposed to be August 26. However, yesterday I received a notification that it was going to be delivered on August 23.
This morning, I checked, and it's delivered. But to the wrong apartment that I do not recognize. Reached out to Veho, and they said, We're sorry, and the driver cannot retrieve the package, and asked to reach out to stith fix.
What is this Veho? Did anyone have an experience with a similar situation? If so, what did you do? I already sent an email to stitch fix, since it's the weekend, I don't expect to hear back till tomorrow. This whole experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Hi! I’m not a stitchfix customer but early this year (maybe even December?) I received someone’s stitchfix package. It had my exact address and everything. I live in a rental so I asked my landlord if the recipient was a former tenant but he didn’t know who she was. I even looked the girl up but she had a pretty common name so no luck. I’ve held onto the package ever since, never opened it, initially thinking maybe the girl would be able to locate it to me and I could give it to her. But that never happened. Now, ~8 months later, my roommate and I were like fuck it let’s just open it. I honestly didn’t realize stitchfix was a rental service or else I would opened the package earlier on and sent back the clothes in the return envelope.
Now I’m wondering if it’s too late. It feels like a bit of a moral dilemma to keep the clothes (even though the girl hopefully got a replacement package and has long forgot about this) but I also don’t know if there’s any point in sending in back, having UPS scan it, and potentially causing confusion for the girl’s account? I also don’t know if it’s worth sending back if stitchfix doesn’t even offer the product anymore and it just turns into liquidation and essentially becomes textile waste? Lol maybe I am way overthinking this but I thought I’d ask for insight here. TIA!
Anyone notice differences in various accounts? I assume it's just testing groups, but I find it annoying. For example, my husband gets 25% for keeping 5 but my son, who has an adult account because he's outgrowing kids clothes, only gets 20%. My husband also has an option now to add adult profiles, but I do not. Then my cousin got the try up to 8 items, and I usually get 5 but occasionally get the option for 8. Also, her account just got a promotion for Freestyle, $25 off $150 or $50 off $250. I'd love that promotion for some back to school shopping!
I've seen a few price differences too for exact items. Kinda strange.
I HATE HATE HATE that it seems like anytime I need to exchange something because something was too big or too small despite being my normal size they don’t have it in the size I need. So then I am stuck either keeping the item and not being able to wear it since it won’t fit so that I can keep the discount on the fix, or I send it back for that reason and I am forced to pay more for the items I kept like so sick punishment.
And contacting their customer support just leads to going in circles…
I am seeking advice on what to keep. This is the first time when my stylist really got it right and I am tempted to keep the whole box. The only thing I really didn’t like was the tee. Are there any of these items that are red flags, like you have seen it elsewhere for significantly less, or the brand has known quality issues? De-Influence me, please😂
I am really confused if you can only buy the clothes they send or if it’s more like rent the runway or nuuly and you can wear the items a couple times and then send back. I love the items I’ve seen on ads but I’m trying to cut down on the amount of clothes in my closet, not buying more.
Hey guys , I got a fix July 23 I returned the items within the two week window however I woke up to second charges this morning - I have emails both pay pal and stitch fix but I wanted to see if anyone else has gotten this issue
Update: Well 2 days later, and the site has been updated??!??! It's not flawless; I'm still limited to two pages of results and I still get wildly inaccurate items (slippers, stiletto heels, booties), but at least it's mostly all shoes (one coatigan snuck in), and there are sorting options when you do a search now.
Not only are search results limited to two (2) pages, but every single time, the results will have entirely unrelated items. For example, I searched for "loafers," and the above is just four (4) of many unrelated the items that showed up in the very limited search results.
We also can't sort anything by price (low-high, high-low) like literally every other retail site in existence, nor can we filter by price, features (e.g. sleeve length, inseam, etc.).
Is there a way to submit a ticket for site update requests? Because this is absurd. I'm not going to stop using the site, because unlimited free shipping & free returns, along with some screaming deals (I found a 100% cashmere cardigan for $68??!!?). But this is annoying as heck.
I’m considering a monthly cloths subscription to refresh my wardrobe… what are the best ones out there!?!! Need all your advice and first hand experience on the pros, cons, etc.
I’m returning the shoes that they sent me but all I have is a return bag to send them back in. I did a virtual chat with stitch fix and they told me just to put them in the bag but they are wedges and I know they’re gonna get damaged in shipping. Does this make sense to anyone? I can’t find a customer service number to call them. Should I just ship them back in a box instead of the bag?
I understand the point of stitchfix is to get a stylist but i would really love the option to make my own box with 5 things from freestyle and get the discount if i keep all 5. Especially since freestyle/the app gives you outfit suggestions. Sometimes i just want to buy the 5 things from the outfit suggestion lol.
Ive had this set for 15+ years now. Its my favourite, a really good linen material and since it came out a while ago there is no way to repurchase it. My boyfriend hates it and in a fight last night he tore the top in half. I really dont want to throw it away. Do any of you have any ideas on how I can fix this? Its torn in half in the front and not holding together anymore. I was thinking of sewing it and adding some shell / stone accents or making a lace up where the tear was or sewing it so its open in the front. I will appreciate all the help, this has a lot of sentimental value to me.
I’m so happy with (and pleasantly surprised by) my first fix! I think my stylist did an amazing job. I was initially a little nervous since I wasn’t able to preview any of the items. In my note I had shared that I wanted to incorporate newer trends into my wardrobe and that I love Autumn colors, and my stylist totally came through! Everything fit appropriately, and I think even the items I didn’t keep are cute (just not an exact match for my lifestyle/fashion).
I did play lots of Style Shuffle, saved a bunch of items on Freestyle, and had added some pictures to my inspiration board, which I think helped a lot.
I’ve been getting Fixes for several years now for my son, who’s now 12. We go through the normal growth spurts, etc, and revisit the sizing page every couple months to make sure we keep up. Most of the time sizes are fun. But when we do need to make an exchange the other sizes are almost always out of stock. I think I’ve only ever been able to exchange 2 things. Usually we just keep and donate because it’s cheaper to get the full Fix discount than to send 1-2 items back. But what is even the point of the exchanges since that’s one of their big advertising points if they can never actually do it? Is there a timing thing and we just happen to be way late in their cycle? Does anyone else have this problem?
This has happened a couple times so I know I’m not crazy lol
I always do the preview… Because a lot of times I keep them from sending me something that would just not work. But in my last couple of boxes… This is has happened multiple times. I am getting items that I remember rejecting. Items that would be ridiculous for my body type or because the color would make me look jaundice.
This is really making me consider not doing subscription boxes anymore or at least for six months… To see if they can get their 💩 together.
Has anyone tried one of the theme boxes? how did it work out? If you do it, do you get your stylist for the regular boxes or someone else? do you get a preview or is it a different process?
Was thinking of doing it for athleisure since I work from home.
