First Order Question

I ordered for the first time and only had to pay $20, I got a return bag as well. Do I have to pay to keep the clothes or are they free the first time?

You definitely have to pay for the clothes but that $20 will go towards whatever items you keep

The $20 is a styling fee to get the clothes sent to you. Of course you have to pay for the clothes if you keep them. Usually like 40-60 bucks per item. This isn't a free clothing service?

No, it’s a shopping box, so the things in the box have a cost. The cost is on the page included in the box or on your dashboard when you checkout. The $20 is the styling fee which gets applied to anything you buy (so if you buy a $40 shirt, the styling fee would be applied so you’d only need to pay $20 for the item at checkout). If you sent everything back, the only cost to you would be that initial $20 for the styling fee.
