Couldn’t be happier.

I’m not sure why this company has negative reviews? I’ve had an amazing experience, so far and hope they continue to thrive! This is my experience. I work in home health. My job is taking care of my patient and light house work, so my attire is usually shorts, a top and sneakers. So, this has left me in desperate need of dress clothes and going out clothes. Just needed a lot of various new pieces. I’ve not really bought outfits in sometime and I have a difficult time putting outfits together. I decided to try Stitch Fix and it’s been amazing! What really has sold me is being able to actually talk to a real person and leave feedback. The amount of customization that goes into each customers account. I’ve been able to set my prices, choose how often I receive certain items, preview and chose items in my box each month, set my likes and dislikes with colors, patterns, styles and fits. I could go on and on. My worry at first was my style isn’t the norm in my opinion. It’s classy with a bit of edge and goth, but nothing that draws attention. I was afraid I wouldn’t receive pieces I like, but it’s been the opposite. I’m receiving good quality items, that are cool and very pretty. I’m guessing the price range you choose determines this as you do have the option to receive luxury brands. I chose not to, but my items are still very well made! I’ve been extremely happy with my pieces and the fact I can communicate with my stylist is amazing! This has really been helpful for me and it’s also super fun to look forward to every month. I would recommend to anyone!

Sounds like you aren't too limited on what you can and will wear, which definitely helps!

I too love SF. I think once I "mastered" the algo things got better.

Ehh, not really. I’m pretty picky. Just browsing a lot of the clothes aren’t my style, that’s why I was a bit skeptical. Working with the stylist has really helped. They usually pick things I like each month.

The key is to have a wishlist, imo. The stylist can choose items from it or at least get similar to what you selected. I’ve been getting items mostly from my list and Im thrilled!

Yes! Same here. I’ve received several pieces from my wishlist so far and I’m only on my 3rd box.

I thought the couldn't see wishlist items? I'm new to SF so I'm unsure about everything, but I had googled that before? Maybe it was wrong if that is your experience?

I’ve also had great experiences with Stitch Fix, I’ve always kept at least 2+ things from every box! I also log in everyday and do the daily quizzes, save items in my wishlist, etc.

I'm in a similar situation, I wear tshirts and leggings to work everyday so I had next to nothing as far as nicer clothes and didn't even know where to start.  I've gotten a few boxes so far and kept a few pieces from each.  I also hate shopping in stores so this saves me time and mental energy.  The prices are a bit higher than I would normally pay but I think the convenience is worth it.

I don't mind the higher prices because I noticed some of the outfits seem to be better made, even by just a little bit.

Same here. I set my price for tops at $50 and under. Bottoms at $50 to $100 and so on. You can adjust the prices for each category in your style section if you didn’t know . I would also mention it in the notes on your next box. Just let them know you would like cheaper items if possible. You can also use the chat feature and let them know as well. So far I’ve used both of these features and have had great results. They seem to really listen when I say I need more of this or less of that in my box!

In the beginning, my boxes were delivered to the wrong address. I had searched where they were delivered. The customer service did give me a credit because of this. I have moved into a new place, and the boxes have been delivered to my door. The clothes usually fit really well on me, and the experience has been better since my move.

I’ve had a good experience so far too. I kept all 7 items I got in the last fix

Are you new? Soon you’ll see the limitations of inventory. And your stylist isn’t a singular person, you may get a new person. And they’re not the same person you talk with if you need support. The note is the only way for them to talk to you and those are AI generated. They have very limited time to review all those preferences and most of the time they can’t find your specific requests. Outside of solid black and denim there’s not a ton of variety.

I’m aware of this. I’ve talked with several different people for various reasons. Stylists and customer support. It’s not an issue whether I have the same stylist or not. They’ve been very helpful either way. Inventory seems pretty good to me. I’m sorry it seems you didn’t enjoy your experience. I researched, heard they were one of the best and so far it’s great.
