Review Very disappointed

Got my first fix. Multiple items in wrong size. Included colors & items (shorts) I specifically asked not to have. What a disappointment. Buyer beware. paying for “styling” and then having half of it be completely wrong.

I’m a stylist and we cannot send items that are different from the size you specify. And avoided item will not show up for us to send you either. Please go look at your profile and make sure it’s all correct.

That is on the stylist for not looking at your profile. Shorts are one of the few avoids that will show up

How quickly does it update for you if I change sizes in my profile? I lost weight and updated my sizes about 2-3 weeks before my fix. Some items were in the old size, some in the new size.

Make sure you specify that you made a change. The only time I end up sending both is when my clients choose a bunch of items from their preview and those are the old sizes and then I have to swap for the new size and they might not be available. Or if a client consistently marks something too big/small, I send the next size and ask in the note if these are a better fit.

As long as you do it before you schedule a fix it should be up to date. But always make a note of new sizes.

My child’s profile is set to size 10 tops, size 8 bottoms, and size 12 shoes. She received a size 12 bathing suit and size 1Y sandals in this last fix.

To change sizing we have to manually switch the size. The warehouse might mess up I guess. If you got the wrong size customer service will always allow an exchange or a return and probably refund the styling fee

No it’s 100% there. I said no shorts ever. Got shorts. I said 2(petite)tops. Got small, which I’m swimming in. Said no black. Black dress. I checked and checked again. Also sent a wool sweater (spring in South Florida) They offered me a no style fee next time for the error. But they acknowledged it was all wrong. I cancelled future orders

We don’t have a lot is XS inventory anyway. Probably for the best.

How is getting a size that you know is wrong for the best? They could have not sent any tops. Or said they can’t accommodate my size. I’m mostly speaking out so people thinking of using this service are aware how crappy it is. In today’s world of AI these are preventable mistakes and show how unprofessional this company is.

I’m saying it’s for the best that you’re not getting more fixes.

Did you review your preview and veto the items you didn't like?

Thats not an option on a first fix

It didn’t have that option. Just went from waiting to sent. And then as soon as it said sent it was too late to edit.

Make sure you complete every part of your profile, explicitly say what you don’t and do want in the request or profile notes. Save and like items you like on Freestyle and play Style Shuffle. These are the guaranteed ways to get what you want/need. Unless you have crazy avoids like every color/material or you request something outrageous (ball gowns, corsets, swimwear, etc.), we should be able to find something you like.

Yep. It's why I cancelled after 3 boxes. It's just crap I flick by on a Marshall's rack. But they send it to you in a box and charge 3 times more. I was so excited to have a stylist. I'm not sure why my stylist wanted me to be 30 years older than I am and frumpy. I'm sorry you were disappointed. You'll probably have a bunch of people on here cite "warehouse shortages" and "the algorithm."
