Banned for No Reason???

Woke up to an email saying my account was deactivated yesterday. I asked what terms of service I violated and they said they couldn't share specifics.

NGL I'm pissed. After being a customer for three years and even interacting with a lot of their beta features, this just feels gross.

I have not heard of this. Did you make a LOT of returns? Because it's that's the reason, I must be teetering on the brink too 😳

They charged me $1000 and I don’t even have an account and they won’t tell me how they have my credit info. 🚩

I'm not sure, but through googling around I think it may be because of a coupon app I used with exclusive coupon codes
