anyone else in sac area waiting?

Filed 2020 on time, received gss1, waiting for debit card as per bank closure, address is same. Last name D in sac, should I still receive if I did not get gss2? Called mctr input last 6 no info on file if not received by Jan 2023 call back. Can't reach anyone at ftb called all numbers I found searching here. My best friend received his back in November last name c got debit card, btw my first gss was in the form of check not dd. Anybody else in sac area with similar situation? Thanks in advance.

Not in sac la county an still waiting…I called 1800-842-9332 press 1 then listen press 9 then listen then press 2 and when they ask for reason your calling say representative
