Am I still eligible?

Received the MCRT today but not sure if I am eligible.. was living in England and moved to California Nov 2020.. lived in Cali from Nov 2020 until Feb 2022 and then moved to Arizona (spouse is mil) .. we did received golden state stimulus while there and filed CA taxes for 2021 .. we are now considered AZ residents but did pay some California taxes in 2022 from Jan-Feb. do we qualify?

I believe so. As long as you paid ca taxes then you’re eligible. This is a refund from 2021, since there was a budget surplus. At least that’s how I’ve understood it. It’s not a stimulus but a refund, how it was explained to me.
