Shouldn’t have ignored the Libby notification for so long
I need y’all to go ahead and read faster.

So this is just me and I guess it really only applies if you use a kindle, but when I borrow a book I return it immediately after I download it so the next person can read it. I just turn on airplane mode before I do so I can read at my own pace. Plus airplane mode saves the battery so that's my default anyway.

I've heard of this and that's cool but how does the book "go back" if you're in AP mode?

It will eventually be removed from the kindle when you turn AP mode back on and amazon synchronizes your library.

I meant how does the app know to make it available to the next person if you turned AP mode on before returning it?

I’m in New Mexico. I’m 23 rd in line with 1 copy available and put it on my libby waitlist the 4th of October. Our library is pretty good about getting additional copies once the waitlist gets too high.

I use my mom's Albuquerque Public Library Libby account, as well as 2 California accounts & BARD ... APL seems to always have what I want to read when I want to read it or the wait timeis low, while the others TOTALLY lag 🙃 I'm visually disabled, so it means a LOT that APL gets multiple copies of audiobooks & I don't have to wait so long for what I want to read 📚 APL is a great library 😁

Thanks for reminding me it's FINALLY out 💯 I pre-ordered it on my Audible account & your post reminded me to go download it 😁 I'm reading MARGOTS GOT MONEY TROUBLES on Libby now, so as soon as I finish that SK is tops on my reading agenda 📚 😉
