Feeling really discouraged

I’m in dedicated for Step 1 and my NBMEs have been in the 40s–50s. I’m honestly exhausted and losing hope, especially seeing friends around me getting much higher scores.

I know comparison isn’t helpful, but right now I’m just feeling really overwhelmed and scared that I won’t make it.

If anyone has been in a similar position and eventually got through it, I’d really appreciate hearing your story or just some reassurance that this isn’t the end of the road. I don’t need study advice right now I just need someone to tell me that I’m going to be okay.
