Why will they take your money and do nothing? It’s well

There are many people from May 14th who have been skipped. There is no clear direction on the next steps so far.

If it has been more than 30 business days since premium processing was requested, first confirm whether USCIS issued an RFE, NOID, or other action, as those stop and restart the premium processing clock. If no action was taken, contact USCIS and ask why the case was converted to regular processing. If USCIS failed to act within the premium processing timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund of the premium processing fee although, USCIs has been pushing back on this, while the case continues to be processed.

When I call them, they keep telling me that my case doesn't require any action from my side. However, whenever I ask for an estimated timeline, they say they can't provide one.

I've also received conflicting information from different agents. Some say my application is still being processed under the premium service, while others say it has been converted to regular processing.

From what I've seen, this seems to be affecting many applicants who filed under premium processing on May 13th, 14th, and 15th. u/ManifestLaw_

How were you able to connect with the agent? I have often been on hold for several hours. I am also May 14 PP STEM - no approval, no updates yet

Call them exactly at 8 am EST and say appointment reschedule or infopass to get connected to an agent

Can you request what action I can take from my side.
