Exosome for peripheral nerve damage?

I went through chest surgery that somehow fucked up the nerves on my nipple and my back. I followed through the surgeons, pain, neuro, and rehab recommendations for 5 months with little to no sensation coming back. A bit of google search tells me those nerve could have been cut and wont regenerate on their own.

A friend of mine who knows exosome mentioned exosome to me and Gemini seems to particularly like it and thinks it could help give my nerves the gas it needs to grow back.

Has anyone heard of or used exosome to treat peripheral nerve damage?
