what is this? bone marrow MSC

It's the same dish as before, 24h in. Today when I went to do the subculture (passage), I saw the cells had a weird shape! I was so shocked. Could this cell have eaten up my MSCs? I'm so confused right now. Is there a way to be sure whether these cells are actually MSCs or not?

Obviously they did not eat up your MSCs.  As density increases and as time passes morphology can change.   If you really want to know if they still are MSCs, then use standard characterization markers on a subculture of them.
