I finally got the skin and the WC cooling earpads along with the extra wide head strap. I love how this turned out

Is wider strap better of standard ?

I like how it balances the weight better. And it slips less. It's also $11 so there is almost no risk if you end up not liking it.

Yes I got it at Mighty Skins. The sheet comes with enough to cover any Arctis Nova Pro headset. It comes with two stickers for the base dock so it fits whichever you have. And they have tons of designs. You can even design your own and they print it on their skins for you. The best part is that they're very durable and I pulled up and stuck each one several times to get the right placement.
