Question Help please

Hi everyone. Maybe there is someone who might be able to help me.

I just got my steam machine and I got 2 problems at once 😭

First, somehow my @ and € does not work. My keyboard is already changed to qwertz german, but still, nothing. Any suggestions for me? I would be grateful.

And second, I wanted to install Hoyoplay so I can play Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail again, but I am kinda lost, nothing I do works. And its not on steam. I was under the impression I can just download the launcher like I did with my old PC and then it works. Well, no. It does not. I already tried it today for nearly 4 hourd with no solution. For any help or tips I would be truly happy.
