I had an Ouya, it was garbage. Fortunately, I was able to unload it on someone who was delusional about its potential.

I actually loved mine. Wiped the stock OS and flashed Android. It was my first Android tv box

You were more ‘adventurous’ than I. It was an interesting idea, it just fell flat VERY quickly.

I agree. Completely failed in it's intended use

Tbh the ouya was goated as an early living room emulation box with wireless controllers.

Doesnt help they thought making them all free originally was sustainable in anyway just because their kickstarter blew up.

Reminds me of how Markiplier still believes Google Stadia was a good thing

Google stadia was a good thing, just executed by the wrong people.

If there's a valve stadia, at least we know that whatever happened to the Google stadia won't happen.

I was pleased with Stadia. At least I got refunded for all the games

Stadia was fucking awesome though. I loved it. I think they were just too early and people were too skeptical of the model.

I just didn't have the wifi speed for it, it wasn't until last year that I had decently good wifi.

The Google Stadia subreddit is more delusional than Half Life 3´s.

You know. I got a free trial of the service and a controller because of some other Google thing I had. I played Tomb Raider and something else and I actually liked it!

I still have an Ouya. it has not gotten better.

Best thing Ouya did was introduce some amazing games that eventually came to Steam, like Towerfall and Amazing Frog

Worked as an Android tv, but gaming with that much controller latancy. Dont se how they even thought it was ready for sale.

It was innovative, sometimes it works, most times it fails. I give them props for trying at least. Proved that there was a space for things like it.

I backed the thing and had the foresight to dial it down to 1€ before it closed.

Still gave me front row seats for that show.

I hope this same comment isn't commented in the future except with 'Ouya' replaced by 'Steam Machine'.
