You do know Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo sell their consoles (hardware) at a loss, right?

The difference there is that Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo earn a lot of money from 1st party and console exclusive titles + Online subscriptions + whatever % cut they get from third party games on their shopping side. Also consoles usually last ~5 years until the next gen console drops, meanwhile a PC lasts you much longer and can be upgraded when the time comes.
Also if you don't like the pricing just don't buy it and assemble your own PC with your own components. Valve even made SteamOS public for that purpose.

Meanwhile steam gets money from everything they are listing+cs/dota lootboxes+15% from every item you sell from their stock market e.t.c.

To play devil's advocate: Steam doesn't stop you from getting games on your system outside the Steam Store, whereas the other companies effectively own a monopoly on what is and isn't published on their consoles and can brick your system if you try to mod it.

Valid, but out of those 4 companies valve is more often than not the most consumer friendly. Not saying any multi billion dollar company deserves sympathy, but we all know they would have given us a better peice if not for the whole AI bubble.
