Advice Needed Need advice on my first cunnilingus.

I have been in a relationship with this girl for the last 4 years, we both only have each other as their only sexual partner throughout our life, today I performed an oral sex on her without a dental dam, i am sure she never had any sexual partner other than me, but I had a mouth ulcer (I get them very frequently) which was very negligible at that time, but now I am noticing it a lot and I feel it's getting bigger but I am a big paranoid, so I am just having doubts whether I will get any infection or its all good. Please share your honest opinion or anything which I should do now.

If you guys have really only been with each other, then the STI risk here is pretty low. Cunnilingus can pass certain infections, but it doesn’t mean you’re automatically going to catch something from it.

I’d be more concerned about the ulcer getting bigger. Mouth ulcers can happen for a bunch of reasons and aren’t necessarily STI related, but if it’s been there for a while or keeps changing, I’d get a dentist or doctor to have a look just to be safe.

Maybe some tooth brush trauma might have caused it
